Refund & Billing Policy

This policy applies to Pro subscriptions purchased for Type Translate from WIXFULL via WayForPay.
Before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider, please email studio@wixfull.com with your WayForPay order reference (format tt-…). We respond within 1–2 business days.
Trial
The free trial (20,000 characters lifetime per device) is not refundable because no payment is taken.
Monthly Pro
Up to 500,000 characters per billing month. See Terms of Service for full plan details.
- If you used fewer than 10,000 characters in the current billing period, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment.
- If you used 10,000 characters or more, the subscription is considered consumed for that period and is not refundable, but you may cancel renewal for the next period.
Yearly Pro
Up to 600,000 characters per billing month (higher allowance than Pro Monthly).
- Full refund within 14 days of purchase if usage is below 10,000 characters.
- After 14 days, or if usage exceeds 10,000 characters, refunds are generally not available except where required by law.
- Partial refunds for unused months are not offered unless mandated by applicable consumer law.
How to request a refund
- Email studio@wixfull.com from the same address used for your account (if signed in).
- Include your WayForPay order reference (
tt-…) and a brief reason. - We will confirm eligibility based on usage records and process approved refunds through WayForPay.
Cancellation
Canceling stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the paid period unless a refund is approved under this policy.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks without contacting us first may result in suspension of API access associated with the order.
