Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Type Translate, a browser extension that provides real-time translation while typing and on selected text, together with our API at https://typo-translator-production.up.railway.app.

1. Service description

Type Translate lets you enable translation on specific websites you choose. When active, it can translate text as you type and translate text you select. Translation is powered by third-party machine translation services.

2. Accounts

Optional account sign-in uses email-based magic link authentication (one-time code). No password is required or stored by us.

3. Plans and usage limits

• Trial — 20,000 characters lifetime per device, free of charge.
• Pro Monthly — $9.99 USD/month, up to 500,000 characters per billing month.
• Pro Yearly — $95.99 USD/year, up to 600,000 characters per billing month (higher allowance than Pro Monthly).

Usage limits and pricing may be updated with reasonable notice. Current limits are enforced by our API.

4. Merchant and payments

Pro subscriptions are sold by WIXFULL. Payments are processed by WayForPay. By purchasing Pro, you agree to WayForPay's terms in addition to these Terms. See our Refund Policy for billing disputes and refunds.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service or API
• Circumvent usage limits, trial restrictions, or authentication
• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to translate content you have no right to process
• Reverse engineer or resell the service except as permitted by law

6. Translation accuracy

Machine translation is provided "as is" without guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose. Do not rely on translations for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions without human review.

7. Availability

We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

8. Termination

You may stop using the extension at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or abuse. Subscription cancellation follows the Refund Policy and your payment provider's rules.

9. Intellectual property

Type Translate, its branding, and software are owned by WIXFULL or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the extension for personal or internal business use according to these Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WIXFULL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on translations. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence where applicable.
